We may collect personal information about pets when their owner or legal guardian requests that we provide services for the benefit of the pet. 

We also collect, use, and share aggregated and anonymized data for any purpose, including research and development. Aggregated and anonymized data is not considered personal information because it cannot be used to identify you.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18

Our Website and the Service are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We rely on service providers to perform a variety of services on our behalf, such as laboratories, payment card processors, transportation and delivery service providers, and data storage and processing service providers. • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Our platform is hosted by AWS’s servers located in Montreal, Canada. The servers used by AWS to host our platform are specific to Petlio. AWS also provides certain computational and security capabilities that assist us with the operation of our business and in providing you with our services.
• Microsoft Suite: We use Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Exchange 365, and SharePoint to manage our internal systems and operations.
• Google Suite: We use Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and other Google products to manage our internal systems and operations.
• Shopify: We use Shopify to power our online store and offer you a convenient way to purchase our services.
